Lemon Iced Tea

Glasses of iced tea, over a catharsis, the gurls would just go on and on and on....Tj, Pri, Arch and me...aww those were the MBA days..not to forget the glasses of iced tea were 'always' accompanied with a chicken macaroni salad, lasagna and garlic bread with the oodles of cheese..and that too bunking a class or simply claiming to do be doing our assignments....
Girl's this is to you - thankyou for having given the best times ever!!

Ingredients:
[Serves - 2]
Water - 3/4 cup
Lipton Yellow Tea Bag - 2
Lemon Juice - juice of two lemons
Honey  -2tbs depending on one's taste
Sugar - 2tbs or more
Lemon Slices - 4
Mint leaves - a few

Boil 1 cup water and brew the tea bags and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Stir in the sugar and honey and let it dissolve. Then add the cold water lemon juice and lemon slices stir well and refrigerate till nice and chilled. Before serving, into a tall glass of ice cubes, put some mint leave, two slices of lemon and pour in the tea. Check the tea for sweetness and adjust accordingly. Also check the tea for the tea strength use more cold water to adjust according to desired taste.

Am sending this across to Madhuri Kumar who is hosting the event Serve me some - Juice, shakes and Smoothies.
