Our favorite pit stop for this lassi is Sreeraj Lassi Bar, not only is it refreshing but lip-smacking down to every last drop. Since mangoes are galore, I thought why not try a lassi at home.
Ingredients:
Yogurt - 1cup
Milk - 1/2cup
Mangoes - 1cup peeled, stoned and chopped
Sugar - 4tsps
Cardamom - a dash
Rose water - a dash
Blend in all the ingredients to get a smooth consistency. Pour into glass, sprinkle with some cardamom powder and serve.
