Ingredients:
Watermelon - 4cups de-seeded, without the rind and cut into small chunks
Cold Water - 11/2cups
Lemon Juice - juice of 1 whole lemon
Sugar to taste
Mint leaves a few
Blitz in all the ingredients except the mint leaves. Serve the juice immediately, with a lemon wedge and mint leaves.
